The focus is on healing as well as growing from that healing. The healing and growth achieved with therapy is often introspective, subtle and may be evident more on the inside than on the outside.
- Life Coaching primarily benefits individuals simply interested in changing their circumstances and improving outcomes; for those who are not looking for as much insight or healing, whose aim is to get clarity, plan, take action, and maintain gains already achieved. It may address specific personal projects, business successes, or life transitions by examining what is going on right now, discovering what obstacles there might be, designing a new life, and figuring out how to make future dreams a reality.
Both a Therapist and Life Coach will help you gain clarity, enable you to harness strengths you’ve gained from the past, and visualize what your goal looks like and steps to get there. They will both support and encourage you along your journey towards self-growth and success!
