WHAT IS INDIVIDUAL THERAPY?
Individual therapy is a personal, collaborative process between you and your therapist where the goal is simple — to help you feel better, live better, and show up as the best version of yourself.
People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Some are dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, or overwhelming stress. Others are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or patterns they just can't seem to break on their own. Whatever brings you here, therapy gives you a dedicated space to work through it with the support of a trained professional who genuinely has your back.
WHEN IS IT THE RIGHT TIME TO SEEK THERAPY?
If something in your life is causing you consistent distress, interfering with your daily functioning, or just making life harder than it needs to be — that's a good enough reason to reach out.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR SESSIONS
Your first session is really about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what your goals are, and what you're hoping to get out of the process. It's completely normal to feel a little nervous — most people do — but my goal is to make sure you feel safe, heard, and comfortable from the very first session.
From there, sessions typically run 45-60 minutes and are tailored to your specific needs and goals. We'll work at your pace, digging into what matters most to you and building the tools and self-awareness you need to create real, lasting change.
Therapy isn't always easy — sometimes we work through things that bring up difficult emotions. But that's part of the process, and I'll be right there with you every step of the way.
A NOTE ON CONFIDENTIALITY
Everything we discuss in sessions is completely confidential. The only exceptions are situations required by law, such as immediate safety concerns. I always walk through confidentiality guidelines in detail during our first session so you know exactly where you stand.
